RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATEs OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE DOE

Please check your CERTIFICATEs OF COMPLIANCE (COCs) issued by the Department of Energy. Most COCs issued to our service stations expired on December 31, 2009. You may renew them by submitting the following to the Department of Energy, 4th floor, PNOC Building, Fort Bonifacio, Makati City:

1. copy of Business Permit

2. copy of Certificate of Trade Name from the Department of Trade and Industry

3. copy of Certificate of Fire Inspection

4. copy of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) issued by the DENR indicating lot area of the service station

5. copy of expired COC

6. photographs of

  • a. priceboard
  • b. safety signs ( no smoking, no cellphones, stop engine while filling)
  • c. left, front and right facade of the service station
  • d. product decals on pumps indicating octane ratings

7. renewal fee of P500.00

AVOID PENALTIES, RENEW YOUR COCs, and BE DISTINCT FROM THE GENERIC OUTLETS.
